On February 7, 2024, the Swedish Transport Agency published an article in which Christofer Kärrdahl, strategist at the Swedish Transport Agency, criminally accuses a company that sells a service called: brukarkort and calls them fraudsters. Now Christofer Kärrdahl has been reported to the police for serious crimes against the swedish Administrative Law and EU competition laws as well as serious misconduct.
Of the form of government ch. 1 Section 9 states, among other things, that administrative authorities and others who perform public administrative tasks in their activities must take into account everyone’s equality before the law and observe objectivity and impartiality. In short, this means that authorities must not interfere with effective competition and create obstacles for companies and individuals. If they do, they are committing serious crimes.
Previously, Lotta Mauritzson, who is a coordinator at the national fraud center, was reported to the police for serious crimes when she spoke in the media about the same company that sells ”brukarkort”. She was lured by the Consumer Cartel (Konsumentkartellen) and her statements are judged by lawyers to be seriously criminal act. The police investigation against police officer Lotta Mauritzson is still ongoing for the crimes she has been reported for. It seems she will soon have to face her fate in court.
Christofer Kärrdahl will have to answer for his actions
Kärrdahl repeats the same mistake as Lotta Maurtiszon and criminally accuses a company and its representatives. This is within the scope of his exercise of authority, which is extremely serious.
Criminal liability will be required for Christofer Kärrdahl’s actions. Both Lotta Maurtiszon and Christofer Kärrdahl make criminal statements in the exercise of their authority. It must be stated that Christofer Kärrdahl’s statements are made in the capacity of a high-ranking official within the Swedish Transport Agency. Statements from an authority representative in his position may be considered to have high credibility with the public and therefore risk having a strong negative impact on the company mentioned and their representatives.
The criminal charges of Kärrdahl are not insignificant
Kärrdahl’s powers as a strategist within the Swedish Transport Agency create a connection to his criminal acts that make them more significant that they cannot be considered minor.
The Swedish Transport Agency’s leaked information to the Serbian military
It was not long ago that the Swedish Transport Agency’s information was leaked to the Serbian military and also to the Czech Republic. Secret agents, fighter pilots’ residential addresses and driver’s license records are some of the information that has been leaked from the Swedish Transport Agency.
When there are so many irregularities at the Swedish Transport Agency, is it reasonable to trust them when they accuse entrepreneurs of fraud with Christofer Kärrdahl as spokesperson? No of course not. The law must now be enforced and employees who have spoken out falsely about other commit crimes, these employees must therefore be prosecuted. Furthermore, the authority must continue to function with new competent people.
What is a Brukarkort?
User cards that can be ordered online here; is an agreement and a power of attorney that regulates the distribution of responsibilities when using borrowed vehicles. The act applies to both private individuals and companies/organisations/municipalities. It is the owner together with the user of the vehicle who decides what is to be regulated when lending the vehicle.
The owner and user of the vehicle can, for example:
- agree on who pays the excess
- agreement who pays congestion tax
- agreement who pays road taxes
- agree on who pays parking fines
- agree on who pays vehicle tax
- determine any rental costs
- proof of who is allowed to drive someone else’s vehicle
